Role overview
Everyman in Lincoln is hiring a General Manager to take charge of a lively cinema venue and guide a customer-focused team. This role suits someone who can lead with energy, create a memorable guest experience, and help drive the site’s long-term commercial success.

What the role involves
- Lead and motivate the team so that every guest receives a high-quality, welcoming service.
- Take responsibility for the venue’s overall performance, including operational and commercial results.
- Manage all parts of the business with full accountability for profit and loss.
- Use a strong understanding of business finance to improve sales and outperform KPI targets.
- Work alongside the operations team to strengthen service delivery and support ongoing success.
