Commercial Cleaning Services is a fast-growing cleaning organization focused on delivering high standards through trained staff, eco-friendly products, and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The team serves a range of sites including schools, office buildings, retail locations, and other community spaces across Ontario.

Role Overview

This full-time on-site position is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and pays $17.60 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Build practical knowledge of advanced cleaning methods to consistently deliver top-quality results.
• Use equipment such as auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors, and floor burnishers for routine floor care and periodic maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to complete cleaning and maintenance work.
• Load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Provide responsive customer service and adapt to site-specific client needs.
• Carry out elevated cleaning tasks when required, including work involving ladders or scaffolding.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 51 lbs.
• Comfort with standing and/or walking for the entire shift.
• Capability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, carry, and climb stairs.
• Ability to operate equipment when needed.
