This opportunity is for an experienced General Assistant to join a hospitality team supporting an education setting. What the role involves

• Supporting the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner in line with set menus and recipes.
• Keeping front-of-house areas clean and tidy, including the organisation of dishes and utensils.
• Following correct food handling and storage practices to maintain food safety and reduce the risk of contamination.
• Keeping an eye on stock levels for food and supplies, and letting management know about shortages or inconsistencies.
• Offering warm, efficient service to students and staff during meal times, including handling queries and dietary requirements where needed.
• Taking part in training and meetings focused on food service methods, health and safety, and customer service expectations.
