Description de l'emploi
About the Hotel
Prize by Radisson is a playful design hotel concept that keeps things simple, stylish, and affordable. Across 19 properties in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Poland, and Switzerland, guests are welcomed with warmth, a relaxed attitude, and a genuinely friendly approach. The culture values enthusiasm, teamwork, and a straightforward mindset over unnecessary bureaucracy.
The team supports one another wherever needed, whether that means helping at reception or pitching in with other hands-on tasks. A positive attitude and practical cooperation matter more than perfect formality.
Role Overview
As a Front Office Agent, you will be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. You will help create a strong first impression through friendly, efficient, and professional service. The role combines guest interaction, check-in support, and light hospitality touches that make arrivals feel smooth and welcoming.
You should enjoy meeting people, staying composed under pressure, and handling tasks quickly and neatly. From greeting guests to sending them off with a useful city tip, your focus is on making every interaction feel personal and positive.
Responsibilities
- Support guests during arrival and check-in at the reception desk and self check-in kiosks.
- Enter guest information, collect signatures, and prepare room key cards.
- Assist visitors with questions and help them navigate their stay.
- Serve a welcome drink at the bar and contribute to a pleasant arrival experience.
- Send guests off with helpful recommendations for exploring the city.
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional presence throughout guest interactions.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings good energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in working with others. You should be comfortable in a collaborative team environment and able to stay cheerful and composed while dealing with guests.
No night shifts are part of this position, and answering guest calls is not included in the core duties. The focus is on in-person service at the hotel.
Benefits
- 30 days of annual leave
- Public transport support with coverage for the Deutschland-Ticket
- Monthly health benefit
- Permanent employment contract for added security
- Flat structures, short decision-making paths, and strong room for independent decisions
- Attractive employee rates across all properties, including Radisson Hotels
- Training and advancement opportunities within the prize family and the Radisson Hotel Group
- Opportunity to grow with a steadily expanding company over the long term
Additional Information
If this sounds like a fit, the team would be glad to connect with you. A cover letter is not required; applicants can simply send a CV by email or upload it through the application process. The company is looking for a person rather than paperwork.
Working Style
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role in a hotel reception environment. Team members are expected to contribute wherever needed and work with a relaxed but reliable attitude.
