Role Summary
This position is for a Front Office Receptionist who will oversee the reception area and offer dependable support to visitors, clients, and internal teams. The role calls for strong communication, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional way.
- Run the front desk efficiently and keep daily reception activities on track.
- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Record visitor details and manage entry procedures properly.
- Liaise with different departments to coordinate visitor needs and meetings.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Share basic information about the company’s services, projects, and facilities.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle courier movement, dispatch tasks, and document-related coordination.
- Update records, registers, and daily front office reports.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with routine coordination work.
- Protect the confidentiality of company and client information.
Requirements
- Any graduate can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and email.
- Good planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Capability to coordinate smoothly with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
- Prior exposure to front office, reception, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome.
- Experience required: 0 to 2 years.
- Work location: Y.N Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Salary and Work Details
Compensation will be aligned with company standards and the candidate’s experience. This is a full-time, onsite role.
