Role Overview

As a Front Desk Associate, you will report to Front Office leadership and help ensure smooth, professional, and welcoming guest interactions. The role requires strong service standards, accuracy in handling guest accounts and records, and the ability to respond quickly and courteously to requests and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, polished, and engaging guest service at all times.
  • Welcome guests, process check-ins, and settle accounts while following all service procedures.
  • Keep daily transaction records accurate, including currency exchange and float balancing.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team culture.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and brand service standards.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by management.
