About the Role
Elit’Avia is looking for a highly attentive, client-focused Flight Care Specialist to support its aviation services team. The position is centered on delivering exceptional care before, throughout, and after each flight, while coordinating flight-related services and working with internal teams to create a smooth travel experience.
What You’ll Do
- Keep a clear view of scheduled flights and stay in regular contact with clients about flight status, limitations, and operational updates.
- Promptly notify clients when operational constraints or changes arise and propose suitable alternatives whenever possible.
- Handle client communication professionally through phone, email, and other channels, ensuring questions are answered accurately and support is continuous.
- Track client feedback and look for ways to improve the overall experience.
- Independently manage flight requests along with any supplementary services that may be required.
- Coordinate add-on arrangements such as chauffeur transfers, helicopter services, and aircraft sub-charter solutions, making sure every detail is handled efficiently.
- Plan flight and service arrangements around each client’s needs, delivering tailored and personalized support.
- Partner with internal teams such as Flight OPS, Safety, and Dispatch to align flight operations and maintain a high service standard.
- Support the handling of essential flight paperwork, including permits, clearances, and licenses, in coordination with the Flight Ops team.
- Ensure required operational documents are obtained, monitored, and kept compliant with regulatory rules and company standards.
- Work with Flight OPS, the Safety Manager, and the Dangerous Goods Manager to support the secure movement of hazardous and specialized cargo.
Requirements
- Experience in aviation, flight operations, client services, or a similar environment.
- Strong spoken and written English and French; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide polished, high-level service to premium clients.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and time-management abilities with close attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
- Working knowledge of flight operations, aviation documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Comfort using computer systems, flight tracking tools, and related software for managing flight and client information.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
- Availability and flexibility to assist outside standard working hours when needed.
