About the Role
CITTI Märkte operates large food retail markets in Flensburg, Kiel, and Lübeck, serving both private shoppers and bulk buyers with a broad and premium product range. The stores feature around 85,000 items across up to 14,000 m² of sales space, with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and specialty products. The concept is rounded off by expert advice from trained cheese and meat specialists, a house brand, events, and an in-store dining offer.
For the Lübeck market, the team is looking for a full-time fish counter specialist / sales assistant / cook (m/f/d) for the seafood counter as soon as possible. The weekly working time is 38.5 hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the fresh fish counter with a range that includes fresh fish, smoked fish, salads, and marinades.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and solid product knowledge
- Relevant professional experience with specialist expertise
- Sales-driven mindset and enjoyment in working with customers
- Friendly, helpful manner
- Flexibility, accuracy, and a cooperative team approach
