Role overview

Entreprise VENTURA - Calorifuge - Isolation Thermique - Flocage is hiring a full-time Finance Manager for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This position is focused on keeping the finance function accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Core responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including the general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and coordination of payroll.
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Track cash movement and support budgeting and forecasting to assist business planning.
• Review financial performance, monitor project-related costs, and share insights and recommendations with leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support compliance with applicable local financial rules and regulations.
• Work with auditors and help maintain effective internal controls and compliance processes.
• Contribute to strategic discussions involving investments, contracts, and risk-related decisions.

Qualifications and skills

• Solid background in financial management, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow control, and reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and procedures, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and cost management.
• Ability to interpret financial data, build management reports, and present practical insights for decision-making.
• Experience setting up and maintaining controls, compliance checks, and audit support activities.
• Strong command of finance and accounting tools, along with advanced MS Excel and related productivity software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar discipline; professional credentials such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA will be considered an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to construction, insulation, or industrial services within the GCC region is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work smoothly with project, operations, and senior leadership teams.
• Comfort working on-site, handling several priorities at once, and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic or French would be a plus.

This role is intended for a candidate who can support financial planning, operational oversight, and business decision-making in a hands-on environment. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires regular on-site presence.
