Aristocrat is hiring multiple proactive and enthusiastic Field Service Technicians to support customers across Far North Coast NSW, with possible locations in Tweed Heads, Ballina, Coffs Harbour, or Nambucca.   • Complete all work in line with company, legislative, and regulatory compliance obligations.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is technically minded, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites. Prior experience in field service, gaming equipment, or electronic/mechanical repair will be highly relevant.

  • Background in technical field service, gaming, or electronics/mechanical repair.
  • Exposure to diagnostic tools, maintenance planning, or service coordination.
  • Experience working in WHS-driven, compliance-heavy, or regulated environments.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence.
  • Ability to obtain and keep the relevant state or territory gaming licence, with support provided by Aristocrat.
  • Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to work alone across several customer locations.
  • Strong organisation and time management for handling schedules, tasks, and service calls.
  • Comfort using mobile devices and field service software for updates and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when needed.
