Role Overview

This position is focused on creating a dining experience that feels memorable rather than simply serving meals. The role centers on attentive guest interaction, smooth food and beverage service, and helping every transaction feel like part of the overall hospitality experience.

Key Duties

The Guest Service Expert supports day-to-day restaurant and banquet service by preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping service areas clean and organized. The role calls for proactive service and the ability to handle a broad range of guest-facing tasks.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, meeting quality expectations, and presenting a professional appearance and manner of communication. The job is physically active and requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement across sloped, uneven, or slippery areas. It also involves reading menu details, using visual verification, and handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance, along with frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting, and stooping.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Relevant work experience of less than 1 year is expected. No supervisory background is required, and no license or certification is needed.
