You may also assist other locations when needed to maintain consistency across the broader operation.
This opportunity suits someone with experience in property, facilities, office management or site operations who enjoys taking ownership, solving issues quickly and improving how workplaces run.

- Assist with maintaining a safe and well-functioning workplace that meets operational needs.
- Provide support to other sites when required to promote consistency across operations.
What you will need
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a Defence security clearance.
- Proven background in facilities coordination, office management or operational site support.
- Experience handling contractors, maintenance work and workplace services.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a corporate or regulated environment.
- A qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
What Babcock offers
- A work-life integration policy with a range of leave options, including wellbeing leave, volunteer leave, paid parental leave and defence reservist leave.
- A supportive environment with career development through internal programs, self-directed learning and study leave.
- Access to a rewards platform with discounts across retail, health, entertainment and travel, plus novated leasing and a corporate share plan.
- Recognition through a values-based program aligned to the organisation’s principles.
