Role overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the full range of administration and facility-related activities at the branch office. The role covers office infrastructure maintenance, coordination with IT and HR, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, VIP visit handling, and support for employee engagement and CSR initiatives. It also involves assisting the Branch Manager in keeping daily office operations running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the administration and facility upkeep of the area office.
- Work with government departments and external agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Provide administrative support to area and branch offices, including HR and IT coordination.
- Maintain MIS, time and attendance records, joining formalities, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate VIP movements, including travel arrangements, hotel reservations, vehicle bookings, and ticketing.
- Organize employee engagement activities as well as CSR and Ladies Club initiatives.
- Assist with LT EdTech business-related activities whenever required.
Qualifications and experience
The role calls for a non-engineering graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a background in HM, MBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, or PGDBA. Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of experience in administration roles with reputed corporate organizations.
Exposure and working areas
Relevant experience should include facility management, government liaison, statutory compliance, IT support, MIS handling, VIP coordination, travel management, and routine office administration.
