Role Overview
The Executive Vice President (EVP) is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding enterprise operations, executing strategy, and supporting business growth in international markets. This role partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership to convert corporate priorities into measurable outcomes, strengthen operational excellence, improve financial results, and contribute to the company’s long-term expansion.
The EVP also plays a key part in building organizational capability, improving performance, and ensuring steady, scalable growth while upholding strong governance, innovation, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s operational strategy and its execution across multiple business areas.
- Create and roll out long-range business plans that support growth targets.
- Improve financial outcomes and streamline operations for greater efficiency.
- Work closely with finance, technology, product, risk, human resources, and business teams to deliver strategic objectives.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives and innovation programs across the company.
- Set up governance structures, performance indicators, and executive reporting processes.
- Guide domestic and international market expansion efforts.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor strong leadership teams.
- Assess business risks and put continuity plans in place.
- Strengthen customer engagement, service quality, and overall organizational performance.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. An MBA or executive credential in finance or leadership is preferred. The role requires 10+ years of experience in senior management, financial services, operations, or strategic leadership, along with a background in leading cross-functional teams and major business initiatives. Candidates should bring strong capabilities in financial analysis, operations management, and strategic execution. Experience in fintech, digital banking, enterprise technology, investment services, or financial consulting is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are also expected.

- Base pay of $280,000 to $480,000 per year.
