Position Summary
The company is looking for a seasoned Executive President to steer overall strategy, oversee daily business operations, and lead long-term expansion. In this executive-level position, you will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into execution and strengthen performance across the organization.
This role is based in Mexico and is a full-time, on-site leadership position at the executive/C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and guide the company’s overall business direction while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional functions such as operations, finance, compliance, technology, and business development.
- Support revenue acceleration, entry into new markets, and the formation of strategic business partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong governance practices, risk management processes, and compliance controls.
- Work directly with the Board of Directors and contribute to major company decisions.
- Act as a senior representative of the organization in discussions and collaboration with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Experience & Background
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 20 years of experience in senior management or executive leadership roles is required.
- Strong exposure to finance, fintech, digital assets, investment, or technology-driven industries is preferred.
- Experience leading complex teams and operating in fast-growing business environments is essential.
Leadership Expectations

- Clear and effective communication skills for executive and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple business functions and drive performance across the organization.
Language Requirement
Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
