Overview
Culture Guru is hiring an accomplished Executive Personal Assistant to support a highly driven Founder/CEO in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position based in Farringdon, London, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00. The salary is £65,000 plus benefits, and the employer is open to a start date as soon as possible, while also accommodating a notice period.
The role is centred on trust, discretion, organisation and strong judgement. The successful person will be given real autonomy and ownership, working closely with a commercially focused founder who manages multiple priorities at pace. The position covers both business and personal support, with a strong focus on keeping everything running smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dependable support across both professional and private priorities for the Founder/CEO.
- Take control of a busy, constantly changing diary, balancing work and personal commitments with care.
- Arrange UK and international travel for business and personal purposes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay ahead of needs by spotting issues early and resolving them before they escalate.
- Manage communications and make sure follow-up actions are completed.
- Coordinate meetings with internal colleagues and external contacts.
- Assist with projects, logistics and broader business coordination.
- Handle lifestyle and personal arrangements such as bookings, scheduling and events.
- Keep the working environment organised, efficient and well-structured.
- Deal with sensitive information discreetly and exercise sound judgement at all times.
