About the role
Income is looking for a compliance professional who can help strengthen governance and uphold the organization’s legal and ethical standards. This position involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify gaps during reviews, recommend practical improvements, and support follow-up actions that close those gaps effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Enhanced Monitoring reviews for representatives under monitoring, including full quality checks and follow-up with relevant business units on service recovery.
- Confirm that review sample sizes meet the required standards and are properly recorded and tracked.
- Identify compliance issues or mistakes during reviews and suggest corrective actions to address them.
- Train both new and existing reviewers so the team stays aligned with changing standards.
- Prepare information and documents needed for management updates and regulatory reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to design tools that make the review process more efficient.
- Handle other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of compliance-related experience in the insurance sector or in enforcement agencies.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and related applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven, team-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to change.
