Executive support

  • Oversee complex calendars for multiple C-suite leaders, resolving conflicts ahead of time, prioritizing requests, and planning for upcoming scheduling needs.
  • Arrange travel within the United States and internationally, including airfare, lodging, local transportation, and complete itineraries.
  • Prepare leaders for meetings by assembling briefings, agendas, reference materials, and key talking points.
  • Draft responses, manage correspondence, and communicate on behalf of executives with sound judgment and care.
  • Monitor meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and action items so commitments are tracked through completion.

Operational and administrative support
