Overview
This role is for an experienced Executive Assistant who can support a fast-moving founder and help keep both business and personal priorities running smoothly. The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere internationally.
The company is led by Ansh Malhotra, an award-winning entrepreneur and serial founder who builds businesses focused on helping small companies grow through high-quality web and app design services. The right person will play a key part in turning that vision into day-to-day execution.
What you will handle
You will manage a wide mix of executive support, administration, coordination, and special projects. The role is meant for someone who can learn quickly, stay organized under pressure, and become a trusted extension of the executive over time.
- Organizing the executive’s inbox, calendar, and phone communication
- Serving as the main link between the CEO, the internal team, clients, and other stakeholders
- Handling office and business administration, including phone management and vendor coordination
- Supporting recurring client-related tasks
- Maintaining and updating data in Excel and Google Sheets
- Managing the logistics for important business and occasional personal purchases
- Selecting gifts for the executive’s wife
- Acting as the go-to contact for employees, clients, and accountants
- Coordinating travel plans and related arrangements
As the relationship develops, you are expected to begin anticipating needs, thinking ahead, and providing support before issues are raised. High professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential in both written and spoken communication.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a dependable, highly organized, adaptable professional who is comfortable working in a demanding environment and receiving direct feedback.
- At least 2 years of prior experience supporting a CEO or other executive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, error-free approach
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for improving processes
- Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and work efficiently
- Confidence in making decisions and handling direct feedback
- Interest in design and development-related work, since some projects will involve those areas
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines and high accuracy expectations
- Strong pride in delivering high-quality outcomes across both small and complex tasks
