ERP Administrator

Role Overview

ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. is looking for an ERP Administrator to support its team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role centers on helping with ERP implementation, day-to-day system support, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist throughout the ERP rollout process, including setup, testing, and go-live activities.
• Investigate ERP-related issues and work toward practical system fixes.
• Create and maintain SQL queries and reports that help business functions run smoothly.
• Work closely with different departments to understand requirements and improve ERP features.
• Provide guidance and functional support to users, including training where required.
• Keep accurate records of system procedures, changes, and workflow documentation connected to the ERP platform.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation, specifically within the construction sector.
• Practical experience with ERP platforms such as ePromis, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is expected.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management is necessary.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability are important for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills, are required.
