Role Overview

This position focuses on managing strategic enterprise and public-sector relationships in Laos, with an emphasis on growing business across government organizations, state-owned enterprises, and Chinese enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with government departments, state-owned businesses, and Chinese enterprise clients.
  • Create and develop strategic alliances with local partners, ministries, regulators, and senior decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Present and position ZTE products and solutions to prospective customers and major accounts.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process, including customer outreach, proposal development, commercial discussions, deal finalization, and payment follow-up.
  • Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support smooth and successful project execution.
  • Track competitor movements, market direction, and customer needs to help shape sales strategy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong professional network and a clear track record in government and enterprise sales.
  • Prior exposure to Chinese enterprise clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong capability in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Solid English proficiency; knowledge of Chinese is a significant plus.
  • Professional, mature, performance-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
