About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a defined geographic territory and operate as part of a collaborative sales team. Your focus will be on creating new business opportunities through multiple prospecting channels, qualifying deals, and building account plans that translate into software license, maintenance, and services revenue.
You will also be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and managing your own portfolio of accounts. The position suits someone who enjoys building a business, influencing outcomes, and working in an environment that encourages initiative and independent decision-making. The company provides the tools, training, and support needed to succeed and perform at a high level.
This is a remote position, and it involves some regional and international travel across ANZ.
What you will do
- Identify and approach prospective enterprise customers through a variety of channels.
- Sell solutions to organizations with more than 1,500 users.
- Use a consultative approach to help customers understand their industry challenges and how the company’s solutions address their technology needs.
- Work with a virtual account team that includes Marketing, Business Development Representatives, Pre-sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers across the customer lifecycle.
- Take part in team meetings and stay in regular contact with professional services and engineering teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Use existing channel partnerships to expand the company’s visibility in the region and build proactive relationships with key stakeholders, both customer-side and third-party.
- Manage post-sale support matters, including support escalations and identifying further training requirements.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise software.
- Strong background in selling within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience in executive-level relationship selling.
- Working knowledge of common sales methodologies and sales processes.
- A strong sense of accountability and urgency.
