Role overview

This position is for a senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Qatar market, with wider ownership of the Middle East region. It is a remote, individual-contributor role with a high degree of autonomy and direct responsibility for driving enterprise growth.

The role involves working with the region’s largest and most complex organizations, including senior decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs.

What you will do

  • Take charge of the end-to-end enterprise sales process, including strategic discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Win and grow large enterprise opportunities, typically in the €500K to €1M+ total contract value range, with the potential to progress toward €10M+ multi-year strategic engagements.
  • Maintain a healthy and highly disciplined sales pipeline with at least 3x coverage versus annual quota, backed by structured forecasting and strong deal management.
  • Deliver consistent revenue performance against yearly targets while protecting the trust needed to support renewals, expansions, and referrals over time.
  • Keep opportunity records current and accurate in the CRM, following internal company standards.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years in a direct revenue-generating role within an AI scale-up or a fast-growing AI/deep-tech company, gained within the last 5 to 10 years of overall experience.
  • Experience must come from a company that was actively creating an AI market rather than simply selling into an already mature one.
  • Proven track record of closing, or directly contributing to the closure of, enterprise deals worth €500K or more in individual total contract value.
  • Evidence that a significant share of closed revenue came from new-logo customers acquired from the ground up, rather than inherited accounts or purely inbound business.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Must have the right to work.
