ENT Physician (Arabic Speaker)

Role overview

This position is for an ENT physician who will deliver broad primary healthcare services to QatarEnergy employees and qualified beneficiaries at QatarEnergy healthcare facilities in Doha.

Experience and professional background

• A total of more than 10 years of comparable experience is required, including at least 5 years in a specialist role.
• Experience of 2 to 3 years in government or semi-government hospitals, or in hospitals with postgraduate training programs after completing a postgraduate degree, is preferred.
• If there has been no gap in clinical practice, the preferred experience does not need to be the most recent period of work.
• Hands-on exposure to urgent care, emergency care, and a medical specialty is preferred.

Clinical and technical capabilities

• Strong ability to conduct clinical consultations effectively is essential.
• Ongoing professional development must be demonstrated.
• Competence in using computerized systems is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Education and specialization

• A recognized 5-year medical degree such as MBBS or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Specialization in Otolaryngology / ENT is essential.

Primary purpose

The main objective of this role is to provide comprehensive primary healthcare to eligible QatarEnergy staff and beneficiaries through the organization’s healthcare facilities.
