Overview
This is a contract-based remote role for an English (US) Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert. The assignment pays $50 per hour and is expected to take about 10 to 40 hours each week.
What You’ll Do
- Transcribe and refine English (US) audio and video material while following detailed instructions and constraints.
- Create polished written outputs in English that are accurate, clear, and formatted correctly.
- Set expectations for strong responses in consumer audio use cases and build evaluation rubrics.
- Test prompts in language models, review the outputs, and give structured feedback for improvement.
- Support quality assurance efforts, make sure work meets quality standards, and help clear up any unclear points.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent writing, editing, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of American spoken English, including regional expressions and accents.
- Ability to transcribe and interpret English audio accurately across everyday consumer scenarios.
- Applicants with backgrounds in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, or similar areas are preferred.
