About the Role
This opportunity is for a sales professional focused on the education technology space. The role involves engaging prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting interest into sales through effective voice-based communication.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and social media channels to support revenue growth.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s edtech offerings.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with teams such as marketing and product to strengthen sales plans and campaign execution.
- Consistently work toward or surpass monthly and quarterly performance goals assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 to 1 year of experience in B2C sales, BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities for customer conversations.
- Must be comfortable speaking in both Marathi and Hindi.
- Able to work on own initiative, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
- Should have a solid understanding of the EdTech sector and the current market landscape.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing follow-ups.
Additional Information
Location: Kolhapur, India.
Compensation is stated as INR 1,25,000 to 2,25,000 per year.
