Role overview
Reklaim operates as a resale marketplace for pre-owned luxury products, with sales flowing through Shopify, The RealReal, eBay, Amazon, and additional cross-selling outlets. The company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to run the multi-channel business from start to finish, covering catalog management, fulfillment, marketing, and quality control. The role also involves working with AI tools to simplify operations and improve performance.
This is a practical, high-ownership position for someone who works independently, acts quickly, and is comfortable making things better as the business scales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product listings across Shopify, The RealReal, eBay, Amazon, and other sales channels, ensuring every listing is accurate, consistent, and tailored to the platform.
- Oversee the full fulfillment process so that orders are handled correctly and shipped on schedule.
- Support and improve marketing efforts to increase traffic, visibility, and sales across all channels.
- Maintain high quality standards for product descriptions, images, and listing presentation.
- Use AI-powered tools with the team to automate repetitive work, streamline processes, and improve image generation and cleanup.
- Spot operational bottlenecks and introduce better systems and workflows as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a closely related field.
- Practical experience handling listings on multiple platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, The RealReal, or similar marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of fulfillment coordination and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in product presentation and listing quality.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI tools to automate work and improve workflows, including image generation.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take full ownership and work at a fast pace.
- Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
Preferred experience
- Background in luxury goods, fashion, or resale businesses.
- Exposure to marketplace APIs and tools used for listing automation.
- Experience in digital marketing or paid customer acquisition.
