About the Role

Under Armour is looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations in the Greater Toronto area. This role focuses on leading store leadership teams, improving sales performance, strengthening operational execution, and delivering a strong customer experience both in-store and through digital channels.

Role Purpose

As the district leader, you will guide several stores toward commercial targets, operational standards, and team development goals. You will partner closely with Store Managers and other leaders to strengthen performance, support new store launches, and keep day-to-day execution aligned with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out a district-wide omni-channel plan designed to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Review reports and daily sales patterns to make fast, informed decisions that improve business results.
  • Improve financial outcomes through customer service, people management, inventory control, and store presentation.
  • Set the standard for athlete service and selling behaviors across all retail formats.
  • Grow customer loyalty through strong store experiences, data capture, endless aisle tools, and other omni-channel solutions.
  • Deliver planned sales and contribution margin results.
  • Own performance across service culture, customer experience, people, product, and operations.
  • Assist with new store openings, including recruiting, onboarding, training plans, and load-in support.
  • Work with Retail Operations on teammate training calendars and technology rollouts such as RFID.
  • Ensure district-wide compliance with company policies, risk controls, and asset protection standards.
  • Provide forward-looking input to help shape budget changes and future planning.
  • Develop backup plans for challenges and work through ambiguous situations effectively.

  • Work with talent partners to recruit, hire, develop, and retain strong store leadership teams, including seasonal hiring and turnover planning.
  • Take part in compensation discussions with corporate HR and Operations partners.
  • Raise teammate engagement by recognizing strong performance and addressing performance gaps with feedback and action plans.
  • Make sure store leadership teams follow employment practices and company policies.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
