Role overview

In this position, you will take charge of planning and coordination so that goods reach the right place at the right time. The role is based in Seefeld and is offered on a full-time, on-site basis with an immediate start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage goods scheduling and make sure delivery capability is maintained.
• Handle order processing from start to finish.
• Coordinate fleet planning and transport assignments while keeping an overview of operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and transport companies.
• Organize the flow of goods to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate profile

• Completed commercial training and a solid grasp of numbers and workflows.
• Initial experience in dispatching, forwarding, or a related field is helpful.
• Strong organizational ability and the capacity to stay in control during busy periods.
• Flexible and resilient when facing challenges.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
