Key responsibilities

• Create and implement project governance structures, delivery approaches, and portfolio plans that support business goals.
• Lead several projects and programs at once, keeping them aligned with priorities, schedules, and available resources.
• Work closely with executive leaders and teams across functions to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Set performance indicators and track project progress, budgets, risks, and overall execution.
• Spot risks early, manage dependencies, and keep strategic initiatives moving toward on-time completion.
• Improve processes, standardize ways of working, and promote strong project management practices.
• Coach, support, and guide project managers and delivery teams.
• Build executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to help leadership make informed decisions.
