About the Role

This position is an hourly caregiving role with a wage of $15.50.

What You’ll Do

• Support people in ways that help them learn, grow, and live more independently.
• Build genuine, supportive relationships with the individuals in your care.
• Use the trust given by leaders to make sound decisions in the best interest of participants.
• Encourage participation in community activities and personal interests.
• Help participants work toward goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and day-to-day care needs.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or more complex care needs.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills.
• A patient, compassionate, dependable, and responsible approach.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance proof.
