Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kanpur for a Dialer Administration specialist. The role focuses on setting up, monitoring, and maintaining outbound dialer systems so campaigns run efficiently and remain aligned with internal procedures and relevant regulations. The person in this position will support campaign execution, performance tracking, technical coordination, and reporting to help maintain high-quality lead generation and live transfer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Dialer Administrator will manage campaign configuration, list handling, dialing rules, and system performance for outbound calling operations.
- Create and configure new campaigns in the dialer platform.
- Upload, organize, and maintain contact lists for calling activity.
- Set dialing modes and adjust pacing, time-zone handling, and call-routing logic to match campaign goals.
- Monitor dialer performance and carry out regular system health checks.
- Identify and resolve dialer, connectivity, VoIP, or basic system issues in coordination with IT support.
- Work closely with operations, quality, and IT teams to reduce downtime and keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering key metrics such as connect rates, abandonment, talk time, and agent utilization.
- Review performance trends and suggest improvements to raise efficiency and connect rates.
- Support user access administration and maintain appropriate permissions.
- Provide training and guidance to supervisors on dialer-related processes.
- Document dialer configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hands-on experience with predictive, progressive, or power dialer systems, including campaign setup, list management, and strategy configuration.
- Strong analytical ability to read reports, interpret performance data, and improve productivity.
- Practical understanding of call center operations, lead generation flows, live transfers, and quality/compliance expectations.
- Technical troubleshooting skills for dialer tools, VoIP setups, and basic network or system problems.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across operations, quality, and management teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle several campaigns and priorities at once.
- Prior work in a BPO, contact center, or lead generation setup is preferred.
- Experience with US-based processes is an added advantage.
- Understanding of data.
