Description de l'emploi
About the company
Engelhart was established in 2013 by BTG Pactual Group as a commodities trading business. The firm follows an asset-light and broadly diversified model, which helps it respond quickly to changing market conditions. Its teams combine deep quantitative research, weather analysis, strong risk management, and technology-led operations. The company is built around collaboration and brings together people with varied global backgrounds and long experience across multiple disciplines.
In 2024, Engelhart acquired Trailstone, a global energy trading and technology business. Through this acquisition, the company gained additional expertise, analytics, and proprietary technology that supports risk management and optimization services for renewable power. It also expanded into physical natural gas in North America, which plays an important role in the energy transition.
Engelhart’s culture is shaped by four core values: Performance, Agility, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship.

- Support application containerization and container orchestration activities.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure application compatibility, performance, and operational effectiveness across the stack.
- Define and promote DevOps standards, best practices, and adoption strategy across the organization.
Requirements
- Hands-on background in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering with strong AWS experience.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, containers, and related ecosystem tools.
- Solid experience with infrastructure as code, especially Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Advanced experience with database platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora.
- Strong coding and scripting ability in Python, Bash, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
- Excellent written communication, problem-solving ability, and process management skills.
- Comfort working with an international team.
- Nice to have: experience with Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.

- Nice to have: exposure to serverless architectures.
- Nice to have: experience applying an everything-as-code approach to configuration and infrastructure.
- Nice to have: familiarity with backend testing frameworks.
- Nice to have: exposure to finance or fintech environments.
