What the role involves
- Prepare customer orders across the fresh food offering, including making sandwiches and rolls, serving hot food, and slicing meats in line with store portion controls.
- Cook, assemble, and present food items throughout the day.
- Maintain exceptional standards across deli and fresh food counter displays at all times.
- Share food knowledge, recipes, and product recommendations to help customers choose confidently.
- Handle customer questions promptly, professionally, and according to store procedures.
