Role overview
This position focuses on keeping information accurate, current, and easy to retrieve across databases, spreadsheets, and internal platforms. The selected candidate will support day-to-day operations by handling data carefully and maintaining well-organized records.
You will work with material coming from multiple sources such as digital files, forms, reports, and existing databases. A key part of the job is checking information for errors or gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and ensuring that records stay reliable and complete.
The job also includes maintaining files, refreshing records, and assisting with basic reporting tasks. Work must be completed on time and in line with established processes and quality expectations.
This role is best suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within structured workflows. It contributes directly to smooth operations by protecting data quality and supporting efficient information management.
Key responsibilities
- Input new information and update existing records in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Check records for missing details, correctness, and overall completeness.
- Spot and fix mistakes, mismatches, or other data issues.
- Keep digital documents and files well-arranged and up to date.
- Carry out routine checks to validate data quality.
- Help with simple reporting and administrative support work.
- Work according to approved procedures and data-handling standards.
- Handle confidential information carefully and responsibly.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Take on additional data-related duties as needed.
Requirements
