Description de l'emploi
About the team
The Regional Operations Product Analyst group works hand in hand with Product, Operations, BI, and Data PM partners to drive decisions with data across different markets. The team’s work centers on defining meaningful metrics, building analytical structures, and turning complex findings into practical recommendations. As the team evolves with AI-enabled processes, it also looks for ways to use AI-assisted tools to improve speed, consistency, and business impact without losing sound analytical thinking or context.
Role overview
This internship supports regional product and operations work through analysis, system support, and release coordination. The role involves working with both business and technical stakeholders, using data to uncover patterns, and helping improve analytical workflows and AI-enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with requirement gathering, system support, and release coordination for regional product and operations projects.
- Work with business and technical teams to clarify problem statements and convert them into analysis and product needs.
- Use AI-supported analysis methods such as natural-language querying, insight generation, and text analysis to examine data and surface initial findings.
- Perform data analysis that helps with feature prioritization and post-launch performance tracking, with supervision from senior analysts.
- Help test, validate, and refine dashboards, analytical processes, and AI-based tools so they remain accurate and easy to use.
- Capture insights, assumptions, and known limitations in a clear way that supports decisions and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher in a quantitative, analytical, or similar field.
- Should be able to turn unclear problems into structured questions and practical next steps.
- Comfort with data work and willingness to learn new tools; exposure to SQL, Python, or BI platforms is beneficial but not required.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and insight quality.
- Able to present findings in a clear, logical way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flexible, open to new ideas, and comfortable experimenting in a fast-moving environment.
- Preference for full-time internship availability for 3 to 6 months.
