Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Customs Specialist / Release Analyst in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The position focuses on customs clearance, adherence to cross-border rules, and making sure shipments are released accurately and without delay.
What the job involves
- Handle customs clearance workflows from start to finish.
- Review shipment documents to confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and customs authorities throughout the release process.
- Respond to customer service questions and resolve release-related issues.
- Manage day-to-day release operations efficiently and on schedule.
Working hours
Available shifts include:
- Day shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
