Role Overview

The Customer Success team member will support school partners throughout their journey with Lumi, from onboarding through ongoing program delivery and relationship management. This role focuses on helping educators and district leaders get the most value from the platform and related programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new schools through onboarding so they have a smooth, effective start with Lumi.
  • Design and deliver professional development sessions that help educators use storytelling and technology confidently in the classroom.
  • Develop trusted relationships with teachers, administrators, and district decision-makers while representing Lumi as a reliable partner.
  • Run recurring school and district check-ins to track progress, collect input, and resolve issues.
  • Plan and manage enrichment trips, guest speaker sessions, and year-end showcases to support program goals and high-quality execution.
  • Use the platform’s feedback features to gather user insights and turn them into practical improvements.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate by partnering with product and leadership teams to improve Lumi’s offerings.
