Role Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring strong customer outcomes across assigned accounts and supporting the successful delivery of projects and services. The role sits at the intersection of client management, service delivery, operational coordination, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer success outcomes for the accounts assigned to you.
- Oversee and support the completion of project implementations tied to specific contracts.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational communication with key stakeholders.
- Track service levels closely, ensuring issues are prioritized and escalated where needed.
- Serve as the main contact for service delivery matters.
- Own service execution for the account and manage the prioritization of incoming work requests.
- Lead a team of desktop, systems, network, and helpdesk engineers; during transition stages, work with customers on onboarding services and equipment.
- Deliver reporting and trend insights to help customers improve their business performance proactively.
- Spot operational gaps and work through them until closure, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Balance customer satisfaction objectives with commercial and financial priorities.
- Ensure services are delivered according to the cost plan.
- Handle additional duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in stakeholder management.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success or another client-facing role.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and a sizable portfolio of customer accounts.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Business awareness, customer orientation, and financial management skills will be an added advantage.
- A self-driven mindset with initiative in solving problems and uncovering account opportunities.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore.
