Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Customer Service Specialist. The role centers on delivering prompt and courteous support to customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, while ensuring that service standards remain professional and consistent.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will answer customer questions, share clear and accurate information about services, and manage service-related requests from start to finish. You will also work on complaints, update customer details, coordinate with internal teams on unresolved items, and keep track of follow-ups until issues are closed.
Day-to-day work includes recording conversations and case details, monitoring customer satisfaction, escalating complex matters to the right department, and helping improve customer service processes. You will also be expected to follow company policies and quality expectations in every interaction.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong customer-facing abilities and be comfortable handling service and support responsibilities. A professional phone manner, along with clear written and spoken communication in English, is important; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage. Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client relations is preferred, especially in recruitment or HR-related environments.
The position requires the ability to work on-site in Riyadh, stay organized while handling several inquiries at once, and approach problems with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is also relevant.
