Role summary

This position is focused on supporting customer success through relationship management, order and invoice processing, and cross-functional assistance for Personal Care customers and the sales team.

Key duties

  • Answer customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Enter and process orders with care, making sure product details, quantities, pricing, and notes are correct.
  • Follow up with customers directly whenever clarification or additional action is needed.
  • Share information about stock shortages and upcoming customer requirements with the sales team and materials management.
