Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)

Role overview

Shiseido is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) based in Düsseldorf. This part-time role covers 24 to a maximum of 32 hours per week and sits at the point where customers, internal teams, and the logistics operation in Paris connect. The position is largely computer-based and revolves around SAP-driven work, while phone contact with customers remains limited. The planned start date is 01.08.2026.

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for customer service questions from internal departments, sales support, field sales, and customers.
• Handle the broad range of product and brand-related requests that arrive in customer service each day.
• Process orders in SAP, including customer orders and internal purchase requests, using Winshuttle where needed.
• Manage customer complaints as well as returns.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams at the central warehouse in France, communicating in English.
• Coordinate several logistics service providers.
• Drive ongoing process improvements in your area and help implement enhancement measures, including flow optimization and quality assurance for goods movement.
• Support account reconciliation together with the finance team and help ensure same-day processing and consistently high operational quality.
• Maintain the premium service level expected for the brand portfolio.

Compensation

The full-time salary range for this role is €41,000 to €46,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and individual strengths. In addition, there is a performance-based bonus scheme that can increase overall earnings.
