About the Role

BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for their retail department in Cork City Centre. You will support the Shop Manager and team in the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained. Key duties include managing bets, processing transactions, and occasionally taking charge of shop operations, including opening, closing, and cash management. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.

  • Accurately accept and process customer bets through various channels, including betting terminals and EPOS systems.
