Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience supporting client success or customer service functions.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complaints and issues with practical solutions and a positive approach.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Good time management and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort working with CRM tools or systems.
