About the Role
Join a globally recognized specialty retailer known for leadership in lingerie and fashion. In this position, you will help create customer experiences that put shoppers first while working in a collaborative store environment focused on growth, innovation, and high standards.
This position is a values-driven leadership role that supports both customer and associate engagement while helping the store deliver strong sales results. Depending on store volume, the role reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager.
What You’ll Do
You will lead from the sales floor by selling, coaching associates in the moment, and helping direct day-to-day store activity. The role also supports operational excellence through visual merchandising, labor planning, and product availability.
- Model the company’s values in the store every day.
- Create strong customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
- Observe associates and provide constructive coaching.
- Understand different associate responsibilities and help align the team around customer needs.
- Connect business outcomes to actions and behaviors that improve sales.
- Manage labor hours independently to support sales and profitability.
- Oversee the store’s presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure clear communication and consistent execution.
- Follow company policies and procedures while leading by example.
- Support additional store needs such as floorset mapping, product launches, onboarding, and shipment processing.
- Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and guiding non-supervisory associates.
Physical Requirements
This role involves regular movement throughout the store and may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. Daily duties also include frequent bending, stretching, walking, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
Compensation
The posted pay range for this role is CAD 17.75 to CAD 22.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
