Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This position sits within an AI-powered learning model where students complete the equivalent of a full school day in just two focused hours and spend the rest of their day on enrichment and personal projects. As the Curriculum Specialist, you will keep this model running effectively by interpreting large sets of AI-generated academic data, identifying issues early, and taking fast action to keep each learner progressing toward mastery.
You will work from any location with dependable internet access and use data, coaching, and automation to help students overcome learning barriers quickly. When a student gets stuck, you will step in with a live intervention, remove the obstacle, and get them back on track with confidence. Your work will also include spotting trends in performance data, improving learning systems, and contributing to AI-driven tools that can further increase learning speed.
What you will do
- Prepare detailed academic performance reports and examine data closely to spot problems, irregularities, and corrective actions within 48 hours.
- Lead fast-response support calls and follow-up coaching after assessments to resolve blockers, separate genuine knowledge gaps from simple mistakes, and keep students motivated.
- Review and help incorporate new learning tools and content, while building AI and LLM prototypes to improve teaching methods and solve specific learning challenges.
- Partner with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to evolve.
What the role does not include
- No long, unproductive meetings or generic slide presentations without measurable outcomes.
- No traditional grading, lesson planning, or administration of a conventional education program, since the model is driven by AI and innovation.
- No purely strategic work without hands-on execution, and no slow routine work; this is an active, fast-moving role.
