Established in 1875, Liberty has grown through a blend of creativity, craftsmanship and innovation. Inspired by the adventurous vision of founder Arthur Lasenby Liberty, the brand continues to honour its heritage while staying dynamic and forward-looking. Its distinctive prints and carefully selected Interior, Home and Crafting Collections are brought to life by a talented team whose energy and passion are central to the business.
Role overview
Liberty is hiring a CRM Assistant to join its Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to support the planning, delivery and improvement of customer email marketing activity. You will help create communications that are relevant, engaging and designed to strengthen customer relationships, improve loyalty and support commercial goals.
Working alongside the CRM team, you will gain practical experience across campaign setup, audience selection, testing, reporting and email marketing standards, supporting activity from initial briefing through to launch.
What you will do
- Help build, test and send CRM email campaigns.
- Support audience targeting, campaign scheduling and quality checks so messages are accurate and released on time.
- Maintain the day-to-day CRM calendar and assist with key marketing campaigns across the year.
- Track campaign results and contribute to reporting, helping the wider team interpret performance.
- Partner with colleagues in Marketing, Creative and Trading to deliver customer communications that feel relevant and engaging.
- Keep informed about CRM and email marketing developments, and bring fresh ideas with a willingness to learn.
What we are looking for
- A positive, curious person who is keen to learn and develop.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A customer-first mindset and interest in creating excellent customer experiences.
- A collaborative team player who works well with others.
- Care and pride in delivering precise, high-quality work.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for building a career in digital marketing and CRM.
