About the Role
The Creator Partnerships Manager will oversee the end-to-end creator partnership process for Beast Industries’ consumer brands, including Feastables, MrBeast Apparel, MrBeast Labs, and other owned properties. The role is responsible for strengthening the creator network, making Beast brands highly desirable to creators, and ensuring each partnership contributes to measurable business outcomes.
This position is also a systems-focused role: maintaining a database of more than 3,000 creators, scaling gifting programs, coordinating contracts and logistics, and making sure activations stay within budget and support strategic objectives rather than simply increasing deliverable volume. The strongest candidate will pair relationship-building skill with sharp operational execution, understand creator-audience fit in depth, and know how different brands require different partnership structures and creative approaches.
What You’ll Do
- Find creators whose audiences, content style, geography, and engagement patterns align with campaign goals, brand identity, and target customers across Beast brands.
- Lead outreach, review creator analytics, and partner with the Head of Content to choose creators for monthly partnership activations across the portfolio.
- Work with legal and creator management teams on agreements, revisions, usage rights, and compliance matters for every brand.
- Draft brand-specific creator briefs with the right balance of guidance and creative flexibility, covering key talking points, product information, brand rules, and creative direction.
- Review submitted content for quality, brand fit, and brief adherence, then give clear feedback and manage revision rounds.
- Plan creator posting schedules to match product launches, seasonal campaigns, and broader content calendars.
- Run large gifting programs end to end, including concept planning, mood boards, manufacturer coordination, volume forecasting, tiered gifting strategy, creator list building, fulfillment, and tracking.
- Oversee product shipping and delivery coordination with Supply Chain teams for both gifting and paid activations.
- Maintain a structured creator database of 3,000+ contacts with details such as audience data, past performance, rate information, brand alignment, and contact records.
- Measure creator content results each month by brand, connect outcomes to KPIs, and share recommendations for future campaigns.
- Evaluate and coordinate larger creator events and sponsorships, including logistics, deliverables, and return on investment analysis.
- Work with the Social Media team to shape co-creation ideas that support both creator authenticity and brand strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience handling creator, influencer, or talent partnerships for consumer-facing brands.
- History of managing at least 5 creator relationships at the same time while delivering work on schedule and according to brief.
- Ability to assess creator performance using deeper signals such as audience demographics, location reach, engagement quality, and content fit.
- Strong planning and project management abilities, with experience coordinating timelines, contracts, and deliverables across multiple brands.
- Solid understanding of internet culture and creator communities.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach, briefing, and feedback in creator-facing situations.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating rates for paid creator collaborations.
- Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale product gifting or seeding programs involving 500+ creators per drop.
- Preference for backgrounds in the creator economy, entertainment, food and beverage, apparel, or consumer brands.
- Preference for experience with creator management platforms or CRM systems.
- Preference for familiarity with the MrBeast ecosystem and creator-native content formats.
- Preference for experience working with legal teams on influencer agreements, usage rights, and FTC compliance.
- Preference for understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator commerce programs.
- Preference for experience managing long-term ambassador or recurring partnership programs.
