Description de l'emploi
About the Company
SuperLabs is an engineering and IT consulting firm. The role is being hired for a fast-moving, early-stage digital product in the music and creator space that is focused on building a strong base of creators, content, and community within a clearly defined cultural niche.
Role Summary
The position is based in Coimbatore or Mumbai and requires 3 to 6 years of experience. It operates on an India/US overlap shift. This is not a conventional marketing job; it calls for someone who can build creator growth from the ground up, nurture community, use content as a distribution engine, and strengthen user activation in an early-stage setup.
You will work closely with the founding team to shape how the platform attracts creators, keeps them engaged, and converts early momentum into a repeatable growth system.
Core Focus Areas
Creator acquisition: Find and connect with relevant creators in a defined niche, starting with music culture. Use outbound and inbound outreach through DMs, email, and community channels, and create repeatable workflows for sourcing, tracking, and converting creators.
Content and distribution: Plan and publish short-form and social content that fits the audience. Use culturally relevant content formats to drive organic reach, test themes that encourage sign-ups and engagement, and identify what sparks creator interest.
Community building: Develop relationships with early creators and users, create practical community touchpoints, and make sure early participants feel supported, involved, and connected to something growing.
Activation and retention: Improve onboarding and the first-time user experience, raise first-action rates such as uploads or engagement, and spot drop-offs to improve conversion through the funnel.
Growth experimentation: Run weekly experiments across messaging, channels, and content formats. Measure outcomes that matter, learn quickly from feedback and data, and refine what works into scalable growth loops.
Success Measures for the First 3 to 6 Months
- More qualified creator sign-ups
- Higher creator activation rates
- Steady output of content and distribution activity
- Early signs of active community participation
- Clear learnings on which channels and messages perform best
- Development of repeatable growth loops
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role suits someone who understands online culture and creator behavior, has experience working on audience growth or creator ecosystems, is comfortable doing the work rather than only planning it, and can thrive in a loosely structured early-stage environment.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, community work, creator marketing, or content-led growth
- Strong understanding of social platforms, short-form content, and creator ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to grow an audience, user base, or community
- Strong written communication and instinct for content
- Comfort with direct outreach and relationship-building
- High ownership and a strong bias toward execution
Preferred Background
- Experience in music, creator economy, or youth-culture platforms
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, basic analytics, and CRM tools
- Exposure to creator onboarding or ambassador programs
Working Style and Traits
- Execution-first approach with minimal need for over-planning
- Strong cultural judgment and a sense of what feels authentic
- Growth-oriented thinking focused on loops rather than one-off campaigns
- Good editorial taste and judgment on what is worth publishing
- Community-first mindset with the ability to build trust early
- Self-driven ownership without waiting for instructions
What This Role Is Not
- It is not a conventional corporate marketing position
- It is not a brand-only role
- It is not centered on paid advertising
- It is not a social media scheduling or calendar-posting job
Compensation
The compensation range is ₹12 lakh to ₹18 lakh per year, depending on experience and capability. In addition, there is performance-linked upside tied to growth outcomes.
Hiring Process
The selection process includes an initial screening focused on fit and thinking, followed by one or two work-sample or scenario-based tasks, and then a final discussion with leadership before an offer is made.
Application Requirements
- Resume
- Links to work, projects, or content you have personally executed
- A short note describing something you have grown, such as an audience, community, or creator base, and how you did it
Final Note
This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment. Candidates who prefer highly structured roles with detailed playbooks may not find it a fit. Those who enjoy building from scratch, experimenting, and working closely with the core team are likely to do well.
