Key Duties

  • Provide strong service to both commercial and DIY customers, helping with projects by identifying vehicle-related issues and suggesting suitable parts or solutions
  • Locate parts through stores, hubs, distribution centers, and outside vendors for special orders, while building a reliable network of alternate suppliers
  • Keep the sales floor, work areas, and customer-facing spaces neat, organized, and aligned with store standards
  • Handle day-to-day inventory tasks such as checking for shortages or errors, stocking items, processing returns, and supporting cycle counts and the annual inventory count
  • When needed, transport parts to commercial customers using company vehicles in a safe and efficient way
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager
